At Real Marketing and Communication, we implemented the Corporate Plan for Txell Costa Group. Over 15 years ago, Txell Costa founded a strategic consultancy with the aim of promoting a way of building profitable businesses that put people first, taking ethics, values, and happiness into account. Today, Txell Costa® Group has worked with more than 8,000 clients and students from all over the world. The consultancy teaches at more than 10 universities, and Txell Costa is also an international keynote speaker (Italy, Costa Rica, Mexico, and even a TEDx Talk) and the author of the books “Working Happy. Everything You Need to Create the Best Company in the World: Yours” (Amazon bestseller) and “Leading in a Feminine Way for Men and Women. An Anti-Guru Guide for the Companies of the Future” (published by Grupo Planeta). In addition, she is the first female partner of Asana, the project management software founded in 2008. Throughout her career, Txell has received several awards and recognitions as a benchmark in emotional leadership and a leading voice in the shift toward a new business paradigm.
Corporate Plan Objectives (What did the client want?):
- To gain coverage in national media outlets, as until then the brand’s strongest presence had been at a regional level in Catalonia.
- Among other outlets, Txell Costa Group had a particular interest in being featured in Vogue and Telva, two leading lifestyle media brands in Spain.
- Through these actions, the company aimed to strengthen its brand status.
Approach (How did we help Txell Costa Group?):
- After analyzing the information provided by the client, Real proposed a series of actions based on a boutique press office approach to present Txell Costa, as founder of Txell Costa Group, and pitch tailored topics to each media outlet. Our working method focused on treating both the client and journalists in a highly personalized way, using our 5:3 method.
- In addition, we leveraged current affairs to prepare and distribute two press releases for Women Entrepreneurs’ Day, as well as another press release announcing a major brand milestone.

Results (What did we achieve with this plan?):
- Thanks to our one-to-one media outreach, within just a few weeks Txell Costa was featured in an article on Vogue.es and also collaborated with Telva by contributing a bylined article. Both pieces focused on women and entrepreneurship.
- Radio outlets also dedicated airtime to Txell Costa as an entrepreneurship mentor, including the program Empresas con Impacto on Capital Radio and El Club de las Cinco on Onda Cero.
- As a result of the press releases, the group achieved coverage in entrepreneurship-focused media such as Cultura Emprende, Emprendedores 2020, and Valientes Emprendedores.
- All of this national media coverage helped Txell Costa strengthen its brand status as a growing company and reach a potential audience of more than 7 million impressions (the combined potential reach of all media outlets where coverage was secured).
